Hi, I'm Nancy, a certified mindfulness teacher and meditation coach. In my private practice I do personalized guided meditations tailored to my individual client's needs. I have practiced meditation of various traditions for over 20 years.

I’ve come to Meetup to answer your questions and share what an incredible tool mindfulness can be in people’s lives. I want people to know how simple and seamlessly you can integrate the joyful, coping and healing tool of mindfulness and mindfulness meditation into your self care toolkit.

This group is for anyone who is curious about mindfulness. How Mindfulness can help people enrich their life and cope with stress. All events are held over Zoom.
