SACRED DIGESTION/FIRE IN THE BELLY - SHAMANIC HEALING CLASS (ZOOM)

This would be my very first zoom group practice of this kind. It will be in the energies of full lunar eclipse happening on September 7th.

Through shamanic practice, breath work, guided visualization we will be working on releasing tension, restoring flow in the gut system.

This class is suitable for all levels - no prior shamanic experience is needed. Whether you are curious about the body's wisdom or seeking deeper energetic balance, this class will help you tune into the meaning of digestive tract and ignite your inner fire.

What to bring: a rattle, a quiet, comfortable space where you can be undisturbed. A journal or a notebook.
