🍁🍂Vista Ridge to Elk Meadows- Mt. Hood ❄️

A dusting of snow and lots of autumn colors?? 🍁🍂🍁 Your adventurous spirit will be needed here. Come prepared for winter conditions, please.

Vista Ridge is a Mt. Hood classic. It's located on the North side of Mt. Hood and it will take us approximately 2 hrs to get to the TH from Mall 205.

My hikes are not beginner friendly, however, this is not a technical hike. Please add yourself to the waiting list first and we'll take it from there.
I ask that you check your DMs if you haven't hiked with me in the past.

ELEVATION CHANGE: 1800 ft
RATING: Moderate
PERMIT: NW Forest Pass Required
PACE: 2- 2.5mph (Moderate)
$$$ FOR DRIVERS: Total distance 160 miles, so $16 to drivers please
CARPOOL & MEETING SPOT: Target, Mall 205

PLEASE BRING:

• plenty of hydration
• lots of nutrition (lunch, snacks, etc.)
• appropriate hiking shoes/WINTER attire + trekking poles
