Our November session will be on 25th, so join us from 5.30pm online. As usual, the meeting will be open for all to attend, and newcomers / beginners are very welcome.
Our online meetings are kindly being enabled by Red Hat (https://www.redhat.com/).
Our speakers are Riinu Pius and Mike Spencer.
- Riinu Pius (https://www.riinu.me/) is a data scientist at the Centre for Medical Informatics, The University of Edinburgh. She's the author of the brand new "R for Health Data Science" book written with Ewen Harrison.
- Mike Spencer (http://mikerspencer.com) is a data specialist at the Scottish Social Services Council and also provides independent data science consultancy.

Preparing your data is critical to make subsequent analysis and visualisation easier. This talk will show how R was used to support clients expecting inputs and outputs in Excel.
