Why are all major nations, including the United Kingdom, plagued with crippling inflation? Who’s responsible: Governments? Banks? Vladimir Putin? Is inflation merely “too much money chasing too few goods,” or is it something more important?

All these questions can be readily answered by understanding money creation and its consequences. Unfortunately, most people, including many popular experts and economists, have no idea where money comes from.

In this half-hour presentation, Jim Brown will address questions such as:

  • How is money created, and what role do central banks and governments play in shaping inflation?
  • Why is money creation so poorly understood, and why is understanding it crucial to your ability to protect yourself from government financial abuse?
  • Why is understanding money creation crucial to defending individual rights and limited government?

Whether you're an investor navigating volatile markets, a curious student, or a conscientious voter who wants to stay well-informed, this meeting is for you. Prepare to have your assumptions challenged as we dive headfirst into the “black hole” of economic knowledge. You’ll come out of this meeting with new insights that will change your perspective on money, banks, and their impact on your life.
The talk will last 30-40 minutes, with an extensive question/discussion period afterward.
