* **1:00 PM –** Grab a coffee, find the group, say hi
* **1:30 AM –** Work sprint #1 (heads-down focus)
* **2:30 AM –** Quick break + optional chats/networking
* **2:45 AM –** Work sprint #2
* **4:00 PM –** Wrap up or stick around to hangout

We'll grab a couple of tables near the front big windows OR downstairs. Look for the crew with the laptops!
