Our four-week cycle maintenance course will equip you with all the knowledge, skills and confidence to undertake the work yourself.

The course is informal, social, hands on, and above all fun.

Week 1 - 15/08 - Puncture repair

Week 2 - 22/08 - Replace brake cable and adjust brakes

Week 3 - 29/08 - Replace rear derailleur cable and index gears

Week 4 - 05/09 - Replace front derailleur cable and adjust
