Sunset Cruise - Loop to Musselburgh Ash Lagoons

Just over 20mi, a relaxed ride out east to cycle the River Esk Path, then on to Morison's Haven (opposite Prestongrange). If the tide is out we'll run the low tide walk at Prestonpans Beach before turning back to meander through Musselburgh Ash Lagoons to see if the legend of the sunken ship is true.
We'll return to the Meadows via Fisherrow Harbour, Brunstane Burn and Holyrood Park's Low Road.
