This restaurant comes highly recommended and with great reviews. It's been a while since we had Japenese so we are way past due!
Tucked in the basement at 45 North Castle Street is Hibiki Japanese Bistro and Restaurant. Hibiki was inspired by the founder’s love and admiration of the ‘Izakaya’ culture where people meet for drinks and snacks or meals after work to de-stress, relax and generally have a good time.
