What we’re about

This is a group for people who meditate who would like to meet to discuss meditation and mindfulness and its effect on their life with other like-minded people.
We will not be teaching meditation so it is important you already have your own practice, but whatever form this takes and however long you have been doing it for doesn't matter, everyone is welcome.
We'll see what happens but the initial plan is just to meet in a smallish, in-person group to chat, and this may develop into group meditations, mindful walks etc later on.
