Harlaw, Loganlea & Threipmuir Reservoir Circular Dog Walk

Details

An opportunity to explore the Pentlands with our doggies.

Meeting at Harlaw reservoir car park (free parking), we will be walking along Harlaw reservoir to Loganlea reservoir, across to Thriepmuir reservoir and then circling back to the start. We will stop halfway at Longlea reservoir at a coffee shop for refreshments/using the toilets.
Walking through the valleys, some parts have an incline but no steep hills.

Approx. 4 hours walk / 8 miles.

Mostly well laid out paths, there are a couple of sections with sheep - dogs must be kept on a lead during these sections. The walk will be along active reservoirs and would advise against letting dogs swim in the reservoirs due to potential strong undercurrents.

Hope to see you there :)
