We will explore the Dunmore Estate including the 'haunted' ruins of the house, a 19th-century Tudor-Gothic mansion. We will also explore Dunmore itself and the interesting Pineapple, a unique folly built by the Earl of Dunmore in 1761. Meeting at the Pineapple car park (free, however, parking is limited. Pending on numbers, we may arrange to meet at the neighbouring village Airth and car share).

I would not encourage anyone to explore inside the House and surrounding stable houses due to risk of injury or death - this is a 200 year old abandoned building in disrepair - as well as risk of broken glass which will hurt the doggies paws.

Distance: Approx. 5km
Elevation: 18m

Bear in mind, there are no toilets or cafe's on this walk, so remember to bring refreshments with you.
