Extra German meetup

I originally avoided organising German meetup at weekends, as people are busy and venues are also busy. But we have had a couple of “extra German meet-ups” on Saturdays at lunchtime and these have been successful. The idea behind it was to offer an extra (non-pub) option for German meetup.

My idea is we meet at Loudons Cafe this time. Can decide on the day whether to have a walk nearby or just stay in the cafe.

Please note slightly different start time of 1:30pm. I am also unclear whether I can book tables in advance.

I pay a fee to the meetup website to use this site for 6 months. It is paid in September and March. In March, I paid £171.85 including fees.
So I ask for £3 from each person when they attend a meetup event. I need to recover the majority of this fee. Originally I wasn’t charging for the first couple of extra Saturday events. But I do need to cover my costs every six months.
