Change of date - Extra German meetup

We have had a couple of “extra German meet-ups” on Saturdays at lunchtime and these have been successful. My idea is we meet at Loudons Cafe this time. Can decide on the day whether to have a walk nearby or just stay in the cafe. 1.5 hours is just a guideline (stay as long as you want, but I’ll need to leave at 2ish to go to the football).

I don’t think we can book tables in advance.

I pay a fee to the meetup website to use this site for 6 months. It is paid in September and March. In September, I paid £164.70 including fees.
So I ask for £3 from each person when they attend a meetup event. I need to recover the majority of this fee. Originally I wasn’t charging for the first couple of extra Saturday events. But I do need to cover my costs every six months.
