Lightning Talks - July

Hi Gophers,

Join us for another set of lightning talks! We'll have three or four talks on different topics around the Go programming language from our members lasting between 10-15 minutes with time for questions after each.

Topics and speakers:

• Andrew Williams on fyne.io the UI toolkit and app API written in Go

• Ovidiu Miron on Go and AWS Lambda functions

• Tom from Obashi on their reverse channel implementation

If you'd like to do a talk in the future please get in touch with me. You can talk about anything Go related, even if it's something you're not an expert on. If you found the topic interesting enough to do a talk on, chances are we'll find it interesting too!

Pizza and refreshments will be served courtesy of our sponsors at Obashi so come along, have a bite to eat and enjoy some great talks.

The meetup is open to people of all skill levels so whether you're a beginner or an expert you will be sure to get something out of this event.
