Join us on Sunday mornings for an hour dedicated to finding happiness within. These inspirational teachings explain how we can conjoin our daily activities with positive attitudes and spiritual perspectives that transform our daily life with joy and meaning. Taking the advice to heart with guided meditations and finishing off the morning in our World Peace Cafe for pastries and coffee, everybody is welcome to join us for a perfect start to your Sunday morning.
