Feeling overwhelmed or stuck in old patterns? These practical drop-in classes will show you how to gently shift your perspective and approach daily life with more calm, balance, and clarity.
Each week we’ll explore a different topic together with easy-to-follow meditations that can help us to stay steady and positive, even when things feel difficult.
Everybody is welcome to attend all or any of this course. Each class includes practical advice from Buddhist wisdom and guided meditations. It is great for beginners as well as those with experience.
