Often it is our own thoughts and habits that hold us back. Through meditation, we can learn to let go of unhelpful mental patterns and open the door to a lighter, more spacious, and peaceful way of being.

On this relaxing half-day course, you will learn the basics of meditation and have the opportunity to be guided in practices that build a stable, peaceful mind from within.

Kevin Thomson, an experienced meditation teacher, will give clear instructions and guide gentle meditations that anyone can practise for greater inner freedom and confidence. You will discover:

how to calm and centre your mind

how to let go of negative thinking

how meditation brings a natural sense of inner freedom

practical ways to stay peaceful in daily life

No previous experience is needed and everyone is warmly welcome.
