Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing morning of meditation and learn three different forms of breathing meditation with three different teachers.
Each meditation helps us to develop inner peace, a controlled mind and a more positive and relaxed approach to life. During the day you will gain a diverse and rich introduction to meditation as a positive way of life.
At the end of the course if you wish you can choose your favorite meditation and continue at home in daily practice using a special meditation resource. For those who are new it is the perfect introduction and for those with more experience you can enjoy a calming morning of breathing meditation retreat.
There is the option to stay on in the cafe for lunch between 1:30-3pm
