Enjoy an afternoon of gentle meditations for calm, love and connection. For mothers in particular, this day offers a chance to slow down, feel appreciated, and be taken care of. For everyone, it is an opportunity to connect with meditations on inner peace, gratitude and compassion that can bring healing and appreciation into our relationships with others.
Discover Buddha’s powerful meditations on the kindness of mothers and how they apply universally to all beings.
This nurturing afternoon can be a very special shared experience or a welcome opportunity to reflect on how interconnected and interdependent we all are.
This day is open to everyone — whether you come with your mother, come as a mother, or join on your own.
No previous meditation experience is needed.
