Enjoy a day retreat including a silent morning to reconnect with clarity, balance and genuine serenity — right in the heart of the city.

Serenity is not about escaping from life or trying to arrange perfect external conditions. True serenity comes from a calm and peaceful mind. When our mind is peaceful, we experience genuine happiness; when it is not, even the best circumstances cannot satisfy us.

Often we become too closely involved in external situations — happy when things go well, unhappy when they do not. reputation, possessions, relationships and outcomes. This constant fluctuation makes it difficult to experience stable happiness and to be resilient in the face of life’s challenges.

Through meditation, we create inner space and clarity, gradually developing mental equilibrium: a balanced, steady mind that is not pulled to extremes. This is the real meaning of serenity and the foundation of true balance in daily life.

This day retreat offers a supportive environment to step back from busyness, reduce external stimulation, and deepen our experience of meditation. Guided sessions and periods of silence allow the mind to settle, helping us enjoy feeling balanced and peaceful from within.

The retreat is especially supportive for those who completed the January 21-Day Meditation Challenge, helping to stabilise and deepen your practice. It is also suitable for new people.
