Following on from our public talk, ‘A Fresh Start’, this four-week course gives us the chance to go deeper and transform inspiration into lasting change.

If happiness depends on the seeds we plant in our mind, what are we cultivating day by day?

Through practical teachings and guided meditations, we will explore how our thoughts shape our experience and learn how to consciously develop habits of mind that lead to greater peace, resilience, and joy.

Each week will introduce simple yet powerful ways to:

Recognise and change unhelpful patterns of thinking

Cultivate positive states of mind that support well-being

Respond to life’s challenges with clarity and confidence

Integrate meditation into daily life in a meaningful way

By training in this new way of thinking and living, our happiness gradually grows stronger day by day until it is stable and strong. This benefits us but also those around us, bringing more joy and happiness into our relationships with others.

Suitable for everyone, whether you’re continuing from the previous course or joining for the first time. You can drop in to any class or join the whole course for maximum benefit.
