In a world full of distraction, learning to focus is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves. Concentration brings clarity, calm, and inner strength, helping us stay present and respond to life with wisdom.
This three-week meditation course introduces practical Buddhist methods for developing mindfulness and concentration in daily life and meditation. In meditation, we learn to place our mind on a peaceful, positive object and hold it there with increasing stability. As our attention becomes more settled, we naturally experience greater happiness, inner freedom, and insight.
Each class will include guided meditation, practical teachings, and simple techniques you can use immediately. As our concentration improves, we naturally experience greater happiness, confidence, and freedom.
An ideal preparation for June’s away retreat (include link), or simply for anyone wishing to cultivate a calmer, more focused mind.
