In today’s busy world, our attention is constantly pulled in many directions. Thoughts, devices, and daily demands can easily leave the mind scattered and restless.

In this half-day course, discover how to train your attention as you build the habit of meditation. Concentration is the foundation of a peaceful mind, and when we learn how to focus our mind on the right things, we begin to create real inner stability.

Through simple guided meditations and clear, practical instruction, Gen Tubchen will show how to develop a meditation practice that works. You will learn how to work with distractions, return your mind to its object, and gradually increase your focus over time.

As this skill develops, meditation becomes more natural and enjoyable. The mind feels calmer, and we feel more grounded within ourselves. There is less reactivity and more space to respond to life with clarity and ease.

These benefits extend beyond formal meditation into daily life. As our mental capacity grows, we feel more alive, more focused on the inner causes of happiness, and more naturally content.

This course is suitable for everyone, especially those who struggle with distraction or find it difficult to maintain a regular meditation practice. It offers a practical and encouraging way to begin or strengthen a lifelong habit of meditation.

Set in peaceful surroundings, this morning course provides a supportive space to build confidence as we discover the power of meditation.
