21 day meditation challenge
Details
Are you wanting to build better habits in 2026? To spend less time online and more time feeling at peace with yourself and those around you?
As part of our January Meditation Challenge, these weekly drop-in classes explore how to create and sustain a simple, effective meditation practice. Taught by experienced Kadampa Teacher Kelsang Lhasang, the classes offer practical guidance for bringing more peace, focus, and happiness into daily life.
You’ll be guided in meditations to make your mind calm, clear and peaceful, learn how to create a supportive meditation space at home, and discover how to work with common challenges such as a busy mind or lack of motivation. You’ll also learn how to structure a regular practice and carry the benefits of meditation into everyday life.
Wk 1 – The first steps of meditation
Wk 2 – Meditation that works
Wk 3 – Applying meditation in daily life
It is possible to drop-in to any class if you cannot attend the whole course.
CAN’T MAKE WEDNESDAYS? You can still take part it our January Meditation Challenge classes; see ‘the challenge’ tab for more details – there are many classes you can join throughout the month to help you on your way.
Everyone is warmly welcome
