Not in the right mood? You don´t have to feel happy or funny before the session! We practice Laughter Yoga for which you don´t need any experience and most importantly you don´t have to already be in a good mood - the good mood will come to you during the session! We promise you, you will leave with a lighter heart! Everyone can laugh - young or old! Come and join us!
