Sunday Sketching inside Morningside United Church

Meet at the side door of Morningside United Church on Chamberlain Road.
This is an opportunity to draw inside MUC as well as in the church garden (if you wish) ahead of our Open Doors Exhibition in September - if you prefer to draw out and about and meet at 2pm just ring the bell when you arrive. The church has a lovely interior including red sandstone pillars, and the Eric Liddell stain glass window and the garden view includes surrounding tenements. Nearby, Holy Corner has many spires and Bruntsfield a plethora of pretty shop fronts.
The church will be serving tea and coffee at 12noon after the service which we are welcome to have, or you can bring your own snack into the church (and watercolours with care). Looking forward to seeing you all.
