Anne McHenry’s Memorial Exhibition

On Saturday 2nd May 2026 we will have an exhibition to celebrate the artwork and life of our much loved member and organiser who sadly passed away last January.

Anne lived a varied and unconventional life. One of the constant things throughout was that she was always sketching and making art, even her shopping lists were decorated with doodles. Anne grew up in Portobello and went to art college in Dundee. During her career she worked most of her life in Edinburgh.

Even though the aim of this event is to have fun and enjoy Anne’s art, there is the added option of buying some of Anne’s original art as well as prints. All profits raised from these will be donated to McMillan Cancer Support.
