Welcome to our weekly life drawing club every Tuesday evening in the vaults of Cabaret Voltaire. Meetup members please feel free to arrive for 7pm and liaise in the cafe. Discount available when you come in with the group. Sketching starts at 7.30pm sharp. Hope to see you all there!

Please note that this event is entirely cashless. Pre-booking is recommended. Ticket holders will get access first. Feel free to drop-in though if that suits you. You can pay on the door by card. You can arrive/leave anytime. BYO materials but we have drawing boards to borrow. We sometimes have sketchpads to buy too.

The drawing starts at 19:30 sharp, and runs until 21:30 with a break halfway through the session.

Arrive early for chance to meet beforehand and then come in to the bar, have a drink, and a chat. There's not much chatting when the drawing starts.

If it's your first visit, there's typically two models posing concurrently in different rooms. One does long poses, while the other starts off with quick 2 minute poses moving on to five, ten & fifteen minute poses. The models switch rooms at the break. You're free to wander around, go from room to room, seat to seat, as you wish. Drinks can be taken from the bar and there's a good soundtrack to accompany your drawing.

Bring your own materials, although the event provides some basic stuff too. There are sometimes sketchpads to buy.
