Join us for our last mad chat of 2023. This month we will be exploring the connection between the festive season and one's mental health. Is it always a time of peace and joy? Or can it lead to a particular type of struggle? We'll be exploring these questions and sharing our stories in a welcoming and convivial context.

We'll be meeting at the Playfair at the Omni Centre. Look for the table with the Mad Studies sign on it; we welcome newcomers and oldtimers alike.
