Welcome to the Edinburgh Mubi GO'ers group!
This group is for film lovers who enjoy experiencing movies on the big screen at an affordable price.
Mubi GO is part of the Mubi platform, which specializes in curated arthouse films. With Mubi GO, you get a weekly ticket for a handpicked film to redeem at a local cinema (often at the Cameo). So, each month, you receive four cinema tickets plus access to Mubi’s streaming selection—all with one subscription. While Mubi chooses the films screened in theaters, you can select the showtime.
Our goal is to bring together movie enthusiasts, watch films together on the big screen, and discuss them afterward at a local cafe or pub for those who’d like to stay.
New films are released every Friday, and we usually meet on Sunday afternoons or evenings. Watching a good movie is a perfect way to beat the Sunday scaries!
