ABOUT THE SESSION
In an age of constant information, facts alone rarely move people. Stories do.
Join us for an engaging and practical session on why storytelling has become one of the most critical leadership capabilities—and how it can be used to bring culture, values, and strategy to life in real, human ways.
In this session we’ll explore:
- Why facts inform, but stories inspire action—especially in today’s information-saturated world,
- How storytelling makes abstract ideas like culture, values, and purpose clear, relatable, and compelling,
- The role of authentic leadership stories in engaging people and shaping behaviour,
- Practical tools and insights drawn from Ceannas’ work with high-performance cultures,
- How to use storytelling to embed values, lead change, and unite teams
Whether you’re leading change, shaping culture, or simply looking to communicate with greater impact, this session will leave you with fresh insight and practical ways to use storytelling more intentionally in your leadership.
Come for the ideas. Leave ready to tell better stories—and lead more effectively.
As always, we’ll continue the conversation informally over a drink afterwards.
