ABOUT THE SESSION
Roughly once a quarter, we host a relaxed, one-hour, on-line conversation for people who care about personal, leadership, management and organisational development and the role of work in our lives.

Each session brings together a smallish group of curious, thoughtful, inclusive people for some friendly conversations. There’s no presentation, no panel, no pressure and the conversations are open and free-flowing.

These sessions usually follow roughly the same format:

  • We start with brief, informal introductions
  • We share a few provocation statements (little statements designed to spark reflection, share experiences, and open-up new perspectives)
  • Participants are placed into small break-out groups and discuss whichever of the provocations feels of most interest to them on the day
  • We wrap-up with each break-out group sharing a few reflections in the main room before we say good-bye.

Our purpose in hosting these sessions is two-fold: to boost learning and connection.

  1. Learning: We want to create a place where people can share their interest in these subjects, introduce new ideas, challenge each other, share best practice and explore new ways of thinking about things, and
  2. Connection: We want to create a place where participants can meet like-minded people, build meaningful relationships, feel part of a community, develop learning and support networks and potentially find opportunities to collaborate

If this sounds like something you’d like to be part of, please do join us.
