We host an online meeting every two weeks on Wednesday evenings. Sometimes there is a talk or a theme for discussion. Otherwise, it's 'open classroom': whatever ideas, questions or themes the participants want to bring are what we'll discuss, as long as it's got something to do with Permaculture. Tell us about any projects you're involved in, news of past or future events, interesting design problems or solutions, and get advice and support from the community.

More about the Permaculture Community Classroom ...
Interested in permaculture, but don't know how to get more hands-on? Put off by the cost and commitment of full design courses? Want to find a space to explore, share and learn about all different aspects of this weird thing 'permaculture'? The Permaculture Community Classroom is the answer to all of these!
We host fortnightly online meetings and a lively WhatsApp group where everyone is invited to share their knowledge and learn from each other. From time to time, we organise group visits to permaculture projects and other events in and around Edinburgh, where we can experience permaculture in practice. If you would like to give a talk, organise an event, or get support for your project, put it out there and see if anyone can help! We also have a library (in Edinburgh) with a small collection of permaculture-related books that members can borrow.
In this classroom we are all both teachers and students, and we work on the principle that we can all learn from each other. While it helps to have some idea of what permaculture is about, you don't have to be an 'expert' to join us and contribute to the discussion
