This month we are absolutely delighted to welcome Emma and Danielle from TPXimpact. In any agile service team, having a shared user-centric mindset is critical in doing the right thing for your users. Often when User Researchers are provided as part of a multidisciplinary team, there is a set expectation of the tasks they’ll perform. The opportunity to shape the mindset of others involved is often limited.

6.30pm - Intro & community announcements
6.45pm - Breakout chat
7pm - The user research bubble - being on the inside. The approach, techniques, and resources Emma and Dani will share will enable a multidisciplinary team to collaborate with user research in a new innovative way. This talk is suitable for anyone who works within multi-disciplinary teams.
*A 20-25 mins talk followed by an activity in Miro.
