About the talk
AI tools promise to revolutionise qualitative analysis, but significant limitations are being overlooked. Hear more about what AI can do and where human judgment is still needed. We’ll finish with some practical steps you can take to address these challenges in your own work.
About the speaker
Ash Montes is a Senior User Researcher at DWP and creator of the UX in the Head YouTube channel. Over the past year he has run hands‑on experiments with AI models and now takes part in a government working group on AI in user research.
