Xmas Day Walk Water of Leith 5 miles

Its just a wee walk but we'll have fun

Water of Leith walk from the Visitors Centre down to Stockbridge, 5 miles

Ill be getting the 44 bus that leaves Waterloo Place at 10.50, (Haymarket at 11.03 ) and reaches the visitors centre at 11.12, to start the walk 11.15

Pace will be a normal 3mph

Everyone welcome, even at last min

I originally thought there would be about 12 people and we could maybe find a pub open (which i haven't found anyway) but since there are millions of us we are just going to stop very near the end , at St Bernard's Bridge (bit of shelter there if we need it) and have our own wee outdoor party for half an hour or so. Bring food, drink, wine, cans and a warm jacket

Feel free to dress up, bring music, food to share, sing songs, dance etc

Because there's so many of us I won't be counting heads, if you drop out early that's fine, let me know if you like

If anyone wants to get an earlier bus and start from Balerno, you can time it that we all meet at visitors centre
