Falkirk to Linlithgow Union Canal 9 miles

Meeting at Falkirk High station, mostly canal walks to Linlithgow

I'm getting the 10.15 train from Edinburgh Waverley to Falkirk High station gets in at 10.45 (its the Glasgow train, buy a return to Falkirk High )

From there we will mostly follow the Union Canal to Linlithgow I like this section of the Canal because some of it is high up, so you get the views, and if youre lucky you'll see a dinosaur

And a wee visit to a pub before getting train back home from Linlithgow station

Bring lunch, snacks etc

Pace will be normal 3 miles per hour
