Edinburgh Women in Tech: How to ask for help - Virtual Meetup

Details
Did you know men are four times more likely than women to ask for a raise—and when women do ask, we typically request 30% less than men do?*
For our next event, we’ll focus on stories & tips from the community on how to be successful asking for support with your career development etc.
-Experiences of being successful (or unsuccessful!) in asking for a promotion / pay rise?
-Stories of where you may have listened and supported women/non-binary folk on the way up?
-How to get engagement from your leaders in helping plan the next step of your progression?
If you have a story to share, please reach out to the organisation team! We are always looking for speakers!
