SUNDAY UPDATE: Sorry folks, but the rain seems to have beaten us and we've decided to cancel this ride. Hopefully we can reschedule for another brighter day! Enjoy your Sunday Kathryn, Fiona and Jo :)

Heavy rain forecast for Saturday until 6am Sunday. Light rain only for the ride . We will be keeping an eye on the forecast and for any reports of overnight flooding.

Join Stella and Emma on a relaxed trip to Ratho and back. The route will be manageable for even newer cyclists. We will start and finish at Roseburn Park (at the cricket pavilion). A couple of short sections are unsuitable for skinny tyres being muddy or soft gravel.

This is a short ride of around 13 miles so we won’t have an official stop. If it isn’t too wet we will pause at the picnic tables at the Ratho Marina (near the Ratho Inn should anyone want a takeaway coffee). On return to Roseburn Park there is a café/deli which opens on Sunday on Roseburn Terrace where you should be able to get a light meal/ coffee/ snack before going home.
