This COURSE of BELLYBASICS CLASSES unfolds the fundamentals of many styles of bellydancing, from the starting point of breath work and grounding to building a strong foundation and more intricate & complex movement vocabulary, you'll be taught by Lindsey Marie Silver, of "Bellydancingbarbie" fame and Principal Teacher & Founder of Sahara Studio, Scotland's Official Home of Bellydance.

In Lindsey's 20+ years of captivating professional performance and gold standard teaching, she has by now taught and liberated thousands of women all over the world. Many regard Lindsey's unique combination of dance fitness and wellness offerings and natural intuitive & transformative approach as life affirming and speak of a life changing experience. As a result, BellyBasics with Lindsey is more than just a dance class!
