HEALTH BENEFITS: Through regular attendance at these classes you will benefit from the vast health benefits of bellydance, improving mental health and self esteem and physically increasing predominantly coordination and muscle tone whilst refining large & finer motorskills. Expect to burn around 400-500kcal per class.
