Sunday morning Kaffeeklatsch

Welcome to the fifth Sunday morning Kaffeeklatsch of 2025; these events will normally be held on the third Sunday of each month unless otherwise informed via Meetup. Kaffeeklatsch is a German word that means an informal social gathering for coffee and conversation. It is an event where you can discuss and chat (in English) with others of a similar mindset. We only ask that you respect and be courteous of points of view that may differ from yours. Further, it must be noted that viewpoints expressed at the event do not necessarily reflect the Humanist Society of Scotland's policies.
The venue itself is the Gallery Bar of the Summerhall building. It advertises itself as "...a vibrant cultural village in the heart of Edinburgh. A place where things happen, all kinds of interesting, wonderful and downright inspiring things.". The venue has a good choice of food and drink and is reasonably priced.
There is a disabled access entrance; follow the signs, which will take you to the side of the building where there is an intercom where you can ask for help in obtaining access to the building.
