Friendships can be deeply rewarding—but for those with ADHD, they can also come with unique challenges. From struggling with consistency to navigating social expectations, ADHD can impact how we form and maintain connections.
In this interactive workshop, I'll create a supportive space to explore these experiences from both a first-person perspective and a research-based lens. As someone with ADHD, I’ll share insights into what it’s like to navigate social interactions, and together, we’ll discuss the role stigma plays in shaping friendships.

Tl;dr
In this workshop I will hold space for exploring the impact that ADHD has on making and maintaining friendships. As someone with ADHD, I will share what it looks like from a first-person perspective to navigate social situations while having ADHD. I will also share about my research on stigma and ADHD, inviting you to consider how stigma towards those with ADHD may have impacted your life.
