Hey Everyone,

If you're a night person this is a great way to get the most out of your evening energy.

We answer three questions:
-What I did Today.
-What I am doing tonight and tomorrow. (The "Big 3")
-Is there anything blocking/delaying me. (It can be procrastination because that's often a big block.)

If you don't meet your goals for the day there is no shame and only support to figure out what is important to you. Other participants will plan their day and share goals in a group to benefit from the accountability and support that the group provides.

This is usually followed by a "body doubling" session if participants are interested.

This is a reoccurring meeting. Please RSVP for a password. You only need to do it once and we use the same password for future meetings.
