This second piano event for our group is the perfect opportunity to meet other piano enthusiasts, hobbyists, and teachers, and discuss anything music related. We will have a grand piano available to us. The main event will feature live performances on the piano, including works from classical and other contemporary composers including Chopin, Beethoven and Bach.

During the first hour or so (depending on the final number of performers) we will have more formal performances where people are expected to pay attention to the music. After that we will split to discussions, still allowing less experienced/more nervous players to access the piano and practice playing in the background, in front of a more casual, less nerve-wrecking audience.

Attending and/or performing at this event is completely free. If you have some experience with the piano and would like to perform, please DM Andreas to discuss repertoire and availability. There is no skill level requirement and everyone is welcome to perform as part of the main event, or practice and discuss piano with other participants afterwards. The intent is for this to feel like an informal, low pressure event for adults to practice their playing in front of a small audience.

You do not have to perform to attend this event. Feel free to register, sit on the back and watch/listen.

To perform at this event, or for any other questions, please DM Andreas.
