Should you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your spot may be forfeited and given to another participant. We encourage punctuality to ensure smooth coordination and gameplay.

Participants under 18 years of age must furnish written consent from their parent or legal guardian to partake in the event. It remains the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure their minor's participation is duly authorized.
