Who This Is For:
MSP owners, project managers, service managers, operations coordinators, and technical leaders in the Calgary area who want to connect with peers facing the same operational challenges.
What We're About:
Honest conversations about what's actually working (and what isn't) when it comes to managing MSP operations. No presentations, no sales pitches—just MSP people talking shop over lunch.
We get together to discuss real challenges like keeping projects on track and on budget, managing service ticket flow, coordinating resources across multiple clients, and dealing with the constant firefighting that comes with running an MSP.
Who Organizes This:
These meetups are organized by Wim Kerkhoff, founder of TopLeft and former MSP owner (ran two MSPs in BC for 18+ years). Alternative Payments often helps sponsor the food and drinks.
What to Expect:

Informal lunch format
10-20 MSP operations people per event
Mix of ConnectWise, Autotask, and HaloPSA shops
Conversations about project management, service delivery, team productivity, and whatever operational challenges people are dealing with
Usually runs about 90 minutes

Cost:
We ask attendees to make a donation to a local food bank (any amount) to secure their spot. This keeps it intimate and ensures people who RSVP actually show up.
