Sunday Funday 5k Run & Tennis :)

Hello!

We will be doing a 5k run downtown at 10:00am, and playing tennis at 12:30pm at kinsmen sport centre! In between we will be doing a cold plunge and infared sauna! Woohoo!

Fun times and good vibes ahead! Be ready to sweat! Bring bug sprays, sunscreen, swim suit, a towel, water, running shoes, tennis racket, and tennis balls!
