What we’re about
Theravada Buddhism offers a clear and time-tested path toward Nibbana (enlightenment). While our community embraces modern ways of learning and connecting, the core teachings of the Buddha remain at the heart of everything we do.
We organize events rooted in the original teachings of Gotama Buddha, including Samatha and Vipassana meditation sessions, as well as both short-term and long-term retreats.
Everyone is welcome—regardless of age, background, or experience level. Whether you are just beginning your journey or wish to deepen your practice, we would be honored to learn and practice together.
If you’re interested in joining us, please subscribe to receive updates about our upcoming events and activities.
